It is inconceivable that he did not plot, instigate or inspire other such attacks. Marwin Barghouti was charged with orchestrating terror attacks, which killed scores of Israelis, including a shooting attack at a bat mitzvah celebration in Hadera, a shooting spree on Jerusalem's Jaffa Road and a shooting at a Tel Aviv restaurant. Hardly a Moses! . UPDATE: Fatah Tanzim terrorist leader Marwan Barghouti was found guilty of three terror attacks, involving the deaths of five Israelis.
