This was all that was left of an Arab "Palestinian" suicidal/homicidal bomber after he detonated himself with an explosive belt strapped along his chest. This was not how the Arab world portrayed it to the world..  One anti-Israel site described it this way [see above], "Head of a Palestinian martyr totally separated from his body by Israeli police and army forces -- and they are talking about human rights -- well, this blind world will open its eyes some day on Israel crimes against Palestinians and humanity."
