     In an op-ed published in the Mail & Guardian, [February 27 to March 4], Chipkin describes as "the growing preparedness of academics and activists to question the Holy Grail of Israeli Zionism: that Israel be a Jewish state" and questions whether the Jewish establishment in South Africa can continue to defend and justify "Israeli atrocities."
        In a recent "A call by Concerned South African Jews" statement this "useful idiot" propagandist and appeaser of Arab aggression and terrorism against Israel and its Jewish population stated that "We believe that Jewish support for Israeli aggression threatens both the moral and physical survival of the Jewish people. The overt support and the silent echo chamber around it robs us of our humanity and denies the lessons we Jews should have learned from our own history of oppression. Complicity, active or passive, in the subjugation of others also damages the credibility of the Jewish people by seeking to identify all Jews with actions which people of goodwill around the world rightly find shameful."  Let the Truth be told that the actions of judenrats such as Chipkin are what is truly shameful and threaten the survival of the Jewish people!

He goes on to accuse Israel of "stealing others' lands, bulldozing their fields and orchards, blowing up their homes, killing or jailing them for resisting."  Further, [Jews] "should have ever learned that "murder and theft and disrespect for the rights of a people must not be allowed under any circumstances..."[Israel] has bulldozed hundreds of thousands of Palestinian trees and blown up thousands of Palestinian homes, leaving the families homeless."  Cohen makes no mention of the Jewish victims of Arab barbarism who were left breathless .
    Next he backs up Norman Finkelstein's assertion that Israel is like Nazi Germany. Then he asserts, "I am not anti-Israel. I am anti-murder, anti-theft, anti-oppression and anti-bigotry. Unfortunately, the Israeli government and Israeli settlers commit all of these sins."
    In another editorial he wrote, "You [Israeli] murderers are going to make trouble for me in America. Sooner or later there will be pogroms and my family will be killed. Get out of the West Bank. Get out of the Gaza Strip. Take down the wall. Let the refugees come back...how dare you bulldoze over a million Palestinian trees. Get out of the Palestinian territories and never show your filthy faces inside those territories again!"
    Cohen's background is in electronics, psychology and oriental medicine. [It certainly isn't in mathematics because he can't even count trees!]  He took two years off to study the Israeli-Arab conflict which, of course, qualifies him as an expert!%#@!  The result was an idiotic book called "Awakened" in which he describes an American Jew [himself] who is haunted by the murders of family members in the old country... he even sees their ghosts. This "American Jew" then sees that the Israeli occupation practices are cruel, even barbaric, and this "American Jew" becomes a staunch critic of Israel. And guess what? Cohen then alludes to the fact that thousands [or is it hundreds of thousands or millions?] of Arabs are dying each year at the hands of Israel and that these thousand [Arab] "ghosts are "leaving for a better place." [Masada2000.org suggests that any place other than Israel's holy land is a better place for them!] There is no doubt that "Awakened" will find a fitting place on Arab/Muslim [and neo-Nazi] bookshelves everywhere right next to the likes of "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion"!
